These Terms apply to all matters relating to the use of the Services between Users and us.

The Community Rules that we set out separately form part of these Terms.

The Services are free of charge. However, Users are responsible for any communication costs required to use them.

When using the Services, Users must not:

5. 5Advertise or solicit for commercial purposes without our permission
6. 6Collect or disclose the personal information of others without their consent
7. 7Interfere with the operation of the Services or gain unauthorized access
8. 8Impersonate us, our team members or any other person or organization
9. 9Engage in any other conduct that we deem inappropriate

Information about Web3, crypto assets and related topics shared through the Services is for learning and discussion only, and is not intended as investment solicitation or advice. Users make any investment or other decisions at their own risk.

The service for "Pizza", the community token we previously operated, is currently suspended.

Pizza Token was a way to recognize participation in and contributions to the community, and has no monetary value whatsoever. It cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for money or anything else of monetary value.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, logos and other content on the Website belong to us or their rightful owners. They may not be reproduced or republished without permission beyond the scope of personal use.

If we determine that a User has violated these Terms or the Community Rules, we may, without prior notice, delete posts, restrict use of the Services, remove the User from the Discord server, or take other measures.

We may change the content of the Services, or suspend or end their provision, without prior notice.

1. 1We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the information provided through the Services.
2. 2Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage Users suffer from using, or being unable to use, the Services.
3. 3We are not responsible for disputes between Users, or between Users and third parties.
4. 4We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from the Website.

Users who are minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before using the Services.

Personal information in the Services is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may change these Terms as necessary. The changed Terms take effect when they are posted on the Website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

If a dispute arises between a User and us regarding the Services, both parties will consult in good faith to resolve it. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
